Engensa was set up by a team of solar advocates (including PV PhDs and Wind entrepreneurs-turned-solar fans) to make switching your home to solar power as simple and pleasurable as possible. But there are some hard reasons why you should choose us too:

This is not a one-size-fits-all product, and we have designed systems for small roofs, flat roofs, partially shaded roofs and roofs on rather beautiful homes where aesthetics are really important. We enjoy the challenge and are determined to get you the best returns possible (currently 12-15%) whilst taking into account your individual design criteria
  2. We provide a better service than any other solar company because we employ and highly train all our staff directly... A solar installation is a significant purchase for our customers, and to take you smoothly from first enquiry to a successful hassle-free installation, we need to actually install the systems ourselves, not hand it off to a man with a van.   4. We are experts in our field, so you don't have to be. Solar is a complex product that should be treated as such. (We'd love system design and installation to be simple but it honestly isn't.) Our CTO Dr Toby Ferenczi, (previously a leading academic in solar cell construction), knows his onions, and his technical focus permeates everything we do except how we talk to our customers, which we hope is in clear and informative but unpatronising language.
  5. And most importantly we are an MCS accredited installer of solar panels. This certificate is very important as it allows you to claim the Feed-in Tariff, which has been set up by the Government, for generating green electricity.
