The Engensa experience starts with the fantastic team of people we send to meet potential customers and explain the benefits of solar and talk them through the intricacies of the technology.

But we are a bit unusual in who we look for. Unlike most solar firms, we don't hire salesmen. In fact, we don't really like salesmen (particularly the pushy kind) but rather we want passionate and driven people who care deeply about the benefits renewable energy can bring families and want to make the installation process as easy as possible. You don't need any technical knowledge (we have an excellent training programme) but you do need to be brilliant with customers and committed to making their interactions with Engensa as carefree and delightful as possible.

The role will see you spend much of your time visiting customers (so you need a clean driving license) and using our special software to design and price solar systems (being comfortable with computers is a must).

The basic salary is very competitive and there are bonuses paid monthly based on performance and crucially, customer satisfaction which we track and monitor continuously.
