What we look for in all new team members...

Our core is that we provide a service. We exist not just to install solar panels but also to inform and reassure our customers, to turn the process of making money whilst fighting climate change into a delightful experience.

We've found that the people who are best at providing a fantastic customer experience share a few common values. So we ask everyone that we interview to give us their thoughts on the questions below:

  1. What is the best customer service you have experienced, and what do you think really amazing customer service looks like for a solar company?
  2. What aspects of your personality do you think are the most helpful when it comes to dealing with customers?
  3. Can you give us an example of when teamwork has solved a particularly difficult situation for you?
  4. What aspect of climate change concerns you the most and what changes have you made to your behaviour and lifestyle to best deal with this concern?
  5. Do you think the Feed-in tariff is a good or bad way of stimulating a renewable economy (and why)?
